FAFO For Disgraced Fake Journalist Don Lemon

The official Federal indictment against Don Lemon reveals two felonies for his involvement in preventing Christians at Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota from worshiping God on Sunday morning.

COUNT 1: 18 U.S.C. § 241 - Conspiracy Against Right of Religious Freedom at Place of Worship

COUNT 2: 18 U.S.C. § 248(a) (b), § §2(a) - FACE Act: Injure, Intimidate, and Interfere with Exercise of Right of Religious Freedom at a Place of Worship.

Lemon and his fellow rioters terrorized children. An elderly woman fell and broke her arm while attempting to escape Lemon and the rioters.

Lemon is getting off easy. I believe Lemon should also have been charged with terrorism and kidnapping because Lemon and the rioters held the Christians as prisoners and forced them to listen to unhinged and very stupid speeches.

Many of the children feared that either they or their parents were about to be killed by Lemon and his gang.

Here are some highlights from the indictment:

The defendants, including Don Lemon, “did knowingly and willfully conspire and agree with one another, and with other persons known and unknown to the Grand Jury, to injure, oppress, threaten, and intimidate multiple persons, including the clergy, staff, and congregants of the Cities Church, in the free exercise and enjoyment of the rights and privileges secured to them by the laws of the United States, and because of such persons having exercised such right, namely, exercise of the First Amendment right of religious freedom at a place of religious worship.”

The defendants, including Don Lemon, “did by force, threat of force, and physical obstruction, intentionally injure, intimidate, and interfere with, and attempt to injure, intimidate, and interfere with, persons who were lawfully exercising and seeking to exercise the First Amendment right of religious freedom at a place of religious worship, specifically Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota.”

The government contends that Lemon’s livestreaming was not merely reporting but served as a “coordinated propaganda and intimidation tool” to amplify the disruption of the service and terror inflicted on these Christians, including children and the elderly woman who had her arm broken during this violent attack.

My Post on Bitcoin’s Price Crash Gets 338,000 Views . . . For Some Reason

Most readers of The Ben Hart Letter are not Bitcoiners. I am a longtime Bitcoin stacker and wrote a bestselling book on Bitcoin, titled BITCOIN: A Beginner’s Guide - Your Off-Ramp from the Corrupt Political System and Protection from Economic Collapse.

I’m not here to sell you on Bitcoin, nor do I offer investment advice. For most people, just find a way to save 10 percent of your income and put it in a Nasdaq index fund (QQQ). Do that for 30 years (no matter what your income) and you’ll be rich.

But I became fascinated with Bitcoin in 2016. So I post occasionally on the topic of Bitcoin when it seems warranted. This post really hit this week for some reason, garnering 338,000 views on X. So I reprint that post here . . .

A lot of people are asking me about the recent #Bitcoin price drop.

ANSWER: Bitcoin is behaving as it always behaves. Zoom out. I don’t worry about it.

All you really need to know is . . .

1) There will never be more than 21 MILLION Bitcoins for 8 Billion people. (19.9 Million have been mined, which means only 1.1 Million left to mine).

2) Bitcoin is the only truly decentralized money or crypto asset -- meaning Bitcoin is not controlled by anyone or any small group. It operates on its own autonomously in accordance with a fixed set of rules.

3) Because of Point 2, Bitcoin is unconfiscatable and uncensorable if you self-custody.

4) There are more possibilities for private key codes than there are atoms in the known universe.

5) Bitcoin is the only asset class that enables you to move your wealth with a few key strokes without permission of a third party. (You can’t move real estate. And find out what happens if you try to carry your gold bar across a border or through an airport.)

6) These price corrections are healthy because they crush the rest of Crypto -- 99% of which are either scams or fatally flawed.

7) You don’t actually own your money if it’s in a bank or any 3rd party institution. If you don’t believe me, try moving any sizable portion (say, $100,000) quickly, especially if cash. The IRS is alerted if you withdraw or move $10,000.

8) Bitcoin protects you from the government’s fiat money printer. One ounce of gold cost $35 per ounce when we went off the gold standard completely in 1971. Today, it’s $4,800 per ounce. So the dollar has lost 99% of its value since 1971. In other words, instead of paying $50,000 for a car, you should be paying more like $500 for the same car. The problem with gold is it’s very difficult to transport or transact with, and it’s confiscatable. Gold is also centralized.

Money printing by government is unlegislated taxation, and it’s infinite taxation. Actually, it’s counterfeiting. It’s theft. Counterfeiting used to be a death penalty offense in America.

Bitcoin protects you from this the government’s money printing press over the long

run. But the price is volatile because Bitcoin is still relatively new and people are still trying to figure out Bitcoin. It’s still an emerging technology. Bitcoin is where the Internet was in 1996 in terms of adoption.

If You See a Sudden Change in Behavior In Someone Your Care About, Check In on That Person

I wondered today what happened to a college friend and FB friend who I had not heard from in a while.

Thought I might have said something he didn't like, which must have been why he suddenly stopped commenting on my posts a while back, when he had been a regular commenter before.

So I go to his page to check in to find out what's up, only to find that he died more than a year ago. Has this ever happened to you?

I feel terrible for not knowing. What a shocker.

Now that I'm approaching 68, this is happening more and more.

I really thought he was just ticked off at my posts and just stopped commenting.

If you see a sudden radical change of behavior on the part of someone you know (such as just stops coming around), you should probably check in on that person and see if everything is okay.

Alex Pretti Was a Violent Extremist

The propaganda news attempted to portray Alex Pretti (who was killed during his violent confrontation with ICE in Minneapolis) as a peaceful and heroic male nurse who was shot by ICE for no reason.

But he was actually a violent far-left extremist who had been having repeated violent confrontations with ICE and law enforcement during the two weeks leading up to his fatal encounter with ICE.

Here’s Alex Pretti spitting on and attacking law-enforcement 11 days before he was killed. He kicked and smashed the taillight of this ICE vehicle. He screamed profanities at the officers. Pretti was a dangerous, violent extremist. He was NOT any kind of peaceful protester.

Notice also here that the ICE agents let him go --so not acting at all like the Gestapo or Nazis portrayed by Democrats and propaganda news.

You can only imagine how much violence Pretti engaged in against law-enforcement that we have not seen on video. Pretti should have been removed from the streets after this incident.

And here was the day Pretti was shot and killed by ICE on the streets on Minneapolis, with solid analysis by Myron Gaines.
